Gabriella DeRosa

Gabriella received her bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. She joined the firm in 2024 with an impressive background in criminal law after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office within the Felony Narcotics Bureau. During her tenure, she showcased her exceptional legal acumen by conducting a high-profile criminal jury trial that resulted in a conviction for a 16-year-old victim, demonstrating her ability to handle sensitive matters with great skill. Additionally, as the lead attorney on a long-term narcotics investigation, she played a pivotal role in the eradication of cocaine, fentanyl and heroin from the community, leading to multiple prison sentences.

Gabriella has seamlessly transitioned her negotiation and litigation skills into her role within the firm. Her background in high stakes matters equips her with a unique perspective and problem-solving abilities. Gabriella works closely with parents at CSE meetings; negotiation and settlements of disputes; novel education law related matters and litigation related work.

On her off time, Gabriella enjoys spending time outdoors with her husky and golden retriever.
