Intake and assessment of a case
CSE meeting procedure
Due process hearings
Attorney fees in special education law
Appeal procedure.

The seminar will also cover areas that cannot be learned from books, such as how to assess a case, retainer agreements, negotiation, and tips in the preparation of a due process hearing.
